The The 2008 Georgia Partnership for Transportation Quality (GPTQ) Workshop is scheduled for December 17-19, 2008 at the Continuing Education Center on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens.

The Workshop will consist of information-sharing presentations on new and revised project standards and specifications, transportation industry issues and GPTQ team reports that reflect the interests of consultants, contractors, and other private and public partners in the effort to provide quality service to Georgians.

Conference and Hotel Registration

The GPTQ Workshop will be open only to a limited number of people due to the space limitations at the Continuing Education Center. Please complete the following form to register for the GPTQ conference and fax it to number shown. The registration fee for this event is $125.00 per person. Registrations will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the Georgia Center by December 10th, please call (800) 884-1381.

On-site registration will be held on Wednesday, December 17 from 4-6 p.m. and Thursday, December 18 from 7:30-9:00 a.m.

Lodging is available at the Continuing Education Center on a limited basis. A block of rooms is being held for this conference until 5:00 p.m. ET, November 24, 2008. All reservations must be made through the Georgia Center Hotel reservation system. . If lodging is unavailable at the Georgia Center Hotel, we will make your room reservation at the Holiday Inn, or another local hotel and will notify you.

ACEC-GA and GHCA Reception

The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-GA) and Georgia Highway Contractors Association (GHCA) will host a reception and dinner on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, 6:00 PM at the Athens Classic Center. The reception is for registered attendees of The GPTQ Workshop.
